On the resale market the median of registered prices was most recently around AED 2,206,850 for a 1-bedroom (about AED 2,343 per sqft) and around AED 3,900,000 for a 2-bedroom (about AED 2,290 per sqft). These are actually registered sales, not asking prices.

What the numbers say, and what they do not
- The register knows no condition. Whether a unit is renovated, high floor or with a view is not in it. The range within one type shows that, not the median.
