What does an apartment in THE SIGNATURE actually cost?
On the resale market the median of registered prices was most recently around AED 1,700,000 for a 1-bedroom (about AED 1,958 per sqft) and around AED 2,500,000 for a 2-bedroom (about AED 1,795 per sqft). These are actually registered sales, not asking prices.

What the numbers say, and what they do not
- The register knows no condition. Whether a unit is renovated, high floor or with a view is not in it. The range within one type shows that, not the median.
- The yield is gross. Service charge, vacancy and management lower the net yield, which we calculate case by case.
- Resale and off-plan are shown separately. A portal listing is almost always resale, so the fair comparison is the upper table.
