Options

Three financing routes.

Depending on your residency, income source and target property, different models come into play. We review them all in parallel, with no commitment to a particular bank.

  • UAE bank financing, up to 80% LTV for UAE residents, 60-70% for non-residents, market rates of 4.5-6%.
  • International bank, when collateral or income sits in your home country. Often better terms than UAE banks.
  • Private lending, for complex structures or fast bridge financing. Higher cost, but flexible.
