Terms

We work with two transparent rates, depending on effort:

Standard, 5% of the annual net rent, all-inclusive except repairs above AED 2,000 (agreed in advance).
Concierge, 8% of the annual net rent, plus personal owner requests, holiday management and monthly on-site inspections.

No hidden setup fees, no minimum term, cancellable any time with 30 days' notice.

We analyse existing contracts for a clean transition with no rental void.
