A DIFC Will is a testamentary disposition registered in the Dubai International Financial Centre, with which non-Muslims pass on their assets in the UAE under a chosen legal system.
Without such a will, local law that differs from German expectations may apply in the event of inheritance. The DIFC Wills register allows a clear, predictable succession for property and other assets in Dubai.
