A Power of Attorney (PoA) is a notarised authorisation with which a representative carries out steps of a Dubai property purchase on your behalf.
It allows international buyers to complete a transaction without being present in person for every step. Its scope can be precisely limited, for example only to the transfer of a particular property.
A PoA must be drawn up in proper form, notarised and in part legalised. A scope that is too broad carries risks, one that is too narrow blocks the process.
