Holiday Home

Holiday home letting refers to the licensed short-term letting of furnished units to guests, an alternative to classic long-term letting.

In high-demand locations it can bring higher income, but it requires a licence from the Department of Economy and Tourism, more effort and professional management. Occupancy and seasonality fluctuate more than with long-term letting.

Not every community allows holiday home letting without restriction, and that should be checked before buying.

TAH perspective

Before you buy, we check whether holiday home letting is even permitted and economically viable in the given community, instead of luring you with peak occupancy figures.
