Post-Handover Payment Plan

A post-handover payment plan defers part of the purchase price to the period after handover, often over two to five years.

The advantage: you can already use or rent out the property while you are still paying, and the rental income can cover part of the instalments. This reduces the capital needed at the point of handover.

Such plans are a selling point for developers and are not automatically cheaper. Sometimes a higher base price is the price of that flexibility.

TAH perspective

Post-handover can protect your liquidity, but it has to be weighed against the possible price premium. We show you what the flexibility really costs.
