Payment Plan

A payment plan sets out the instalments in which the purchase price is paid for off-plan, often as a split such as 70/30 between construction phase and handover.

With 70/30, 70% flows in stages during construction and 30% at handover. Other models such as 60/40 or post-handover plans shift more of the payment further back.

The payment plan determines your liquidity needs over years. A seemingly cheap entry with a high construction instalment can tie up your funds more than expected.

We run the payment plan against your liquidity, so that the instalments fit your cash flow and not the other way around.
