Dubai levies no property tax, no income tax on rental income and no capital gains tax on sale, yet for German buyers the tax liability at home is decisive.
Anyone who keeps their residence or habitual abode in Germany must, in principle, continue to declare their worldwide income in Germany. A Golden Visa alone does not establish tax residence in the UAE.
