Non-residents can finance a property in Dubai, although with limited loan-to-value, with equity shares of around 50 percent of the property value being common.
That is, you need to contribute roughly half of the purchase price as equity, plus the additional costs. Terms, durations and requirements differ significantly by bank and profile.
For Off-Plan, the payment plan often takes on the role of financing, so a classic loan only becomes relevant at handover.
