The Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA) is the regulatory arm of the Dubai Land Department and oversees licensing, market rules and project supervision.
RERA licenses brokers and developers, regulates Escrow Accounts and enforces standards for contracts and advertising. For buyers this means a regulated environment with clear rules.
A broker registered with RERA holding a valid licence number is a minimum standard for serious cooperation.
